Chilaquiles with Mole

Ingredients:
100 Grams Tradicional Poblano Mole/Gourmet Mole Río Mar
1 Cup of water
4 Corn Tortillas
Shredded Chicken
Oaxaca Cheese
Cream
Oil to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Onion to Taste
Directions:
- Bring the water and Chicken Bouillon to a rapid boil in a saucepan.
- Lower to medium heat.
- Add the Tradicional / Gourmet Río Mar Mole
- Stir until a thick sauce is formed. Put on one side.
- Cut the tortillas in triangles and brown them in saucepan.
- Place them on a plate and add the chicken.
- Cover with the Mole Sauce to taste.
- Sprinkle with cheese and put a spoon of cream on top.
