Chilaquiles with Mole

Ingredients:

100 Grams Tradicional Poblano Mole/Gourmet Mole Río Mar
1 Cup of water
4 Corn Tortillas
Shredded Chicken
Oaxaca Cheese
Cream
Oil to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Onion to Taste

Directions:

  1. Bring the water and Chicken Bouillon to a rapid boil in a saucepan. 
  2. Lower to medium heat. 
  3. Add the Tradicional / Gourmet Río Mar Mole 
  4. Stir until a thick sauce is formed. Put on one side.   
  5. Cut the tortillas in triangles and brown them in saucepan.
  6. Place them on a plate and add the chicken.
  7. Cover with the Mole Sauce to taste.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and put a spoon of cream on top.
