Sopes with Mole

 

Ingredients:

100g Tradicional RioMar Mole
1 Cup of water
1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon
"Sopes" Filled to taste
Grated Panela Cheese
Sour Cream
Oil
Avocado and onion for decoration

Directions:

  1. Bring the water and Chicken Bouillon to a rapid boil in a saucepan. Lower to medium heat.
  2. Add the Rio Mar Mole. Stir until a thick sauce is formed. Put aside.  
  3. Brown the sopes in oil. When done, take them out of the oil and drain napkin.  
  4. Place the sopes on a large plate and fill with picadillo, shredded meat or chicken, etc.
  5. Cover each filling with Rio Mar Mole.
  6. Sprinkle panela cheese on top and add a spoonful of cream.
  7. Decorate the plate with avocado slices and onion rings.
